A light add-on for Firefox that creates a fictitious email account to avoid spam.

Tired of spam? Logical: it`s something no user who browses the Internet is free from. Now, to solve this problem a tool called my spambox has been created. It`s an add-on for Firefox that tries to trick the creators of spam.

What my spambox does is assign a false email account which stops existing after 12 hours. What use is this? Well, each time you fill in a registration on the Internet you can use this account and not the real one, which will save you loads of spam. As the account only lasts 12 hours, it`s enough time for you to receive the email to activate the account you registered. Then when your email address is deleted, you will lose yourself in anonimity.

my spambox is free and light. The program can be installed as usual, from the browser, or you can do it by dragging the XPI file onto the browser icon. It`s that simple.
